Introduction
Yiju interned at the Taiwan Hsinchu District Prosecutors Office, as well as a law firm and labor unions, where she assisted with research on civil, criminal, and labor law cases. She also possesses specialized research experience in supply chain human rights due diligence and forced labor issues. Her master’s thesis, titled " Extraterritorial Obligations of Taiwan to Eliminate Corporate Forced Labor: Focusing on Supply Chain Human Rights Due Diligence Legislation," explores whether and how states should prevent and eradicate the risks of forced labor within the transnational operations of domestic enterprises.
